Our English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) services help Multilingual Learners (ML) achieve academic success, develop critical thinking skills, and solve problems in English. ESOL services use English Language Development (ELD) to: 

• Promotes MLs language proficiency and communication skills in 5 English Domains; listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
• Creates rigorous content-based curricula and resources to foster MLs collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Supports MLs access to advanced academics or appropriate special services.
• Provides learning environments that build on students’ diverse academic, linguistic, and cultural backgrounds.
• Promotes active participation of MLs and their families in the school community.
